I have been nothing but impressed with the community and managerial support in the process. From the moment I stepped foot on the property I knew this is where I wanted to be and everyone worked diligently to make my dream become a reality. The apartment was spectacular, with everything looking like it had just been painted the moment the previous tenant left. The maintenance staff has been outstanding, very quick to answer calls and show up in professional manners to help solve whatever minor issue or inconvenience I was experiencing. I moved to this community in December of 2023. My daughter has been living here for over 3 years. We absolutely LOVE living here. The community is immaculate, beautifully kept grounds. Elena, property manager is one of the nicest people I have ever met. She is extremely helpful, caring and respectful individual, who is GREAT at what she does. She is on top of all that goes on in this community, very responsive to all the tenants needs and resolves any issues within 24 hours. She also makes sure that the community is upgraded (events, live gum classes, pickleball court, tenant gatherings).
This community is very friendly, clean, and fun!

I absolutely love living here! I’ve been here for some years now and it’s been the best. Lovely units, modern decor, newly renovated. The property is always beautiful and well-kept. It’s nice and quiet, the residents here in the community are friendly, and I feel very safe at any time of the day or night. As a parent, this is very important to me. Elena, the property manager is just amazing. Any need I have is always taken care of immediately, and maintenance is always wonderful and responsive. Communication is awesome. Parking is plentiful. Perfectly located, everything I need is just within 5 minutes . My family and I are very happy here. Best apartment community in Boca, if you ask me.

I've lived here for over 7 years, so I obvious love living here. This is a very quiet neighborhood. The pool and tiki hut are always fun. The neighbors are usually great neighbors, considerate of others. Elena, the office manager, is just awesome! She's always on top of everything. If something breaks, she does what she can to get it fixed as soon as possible. She's always available to discuss anything with the residents while on site. She's just a great as a person and an office manager/leasing agent property manager.
