Absolutely! Meadow Reach is one of the most popular off-campus communities for both FAU and Lynn University students. Both campuses are just minutes away. We offer furnished units, short-term leases, and flexible move-in options that can be timed to semester schedules. We’re also listed on FAU’s official off-campus housing portal.
Water, sewer, trash, and pest control are all included in your monthly rent. You’ll need to set up Electricity and Internet separately, but there are no surprise bills for the basics — just one simple monthly payment that covers the essentials.
Yes! Dogs and cats are welcome, up to two per household, 30 lbs max per pet. There is a one-time non-refundable pet fee ($400 for one pet, $600 for two pets) plus $25/month in pet rent. A pet interview is required. We do not allow aggressive breeds including Pitbulls, Dobermans, Rottweilers, or similar.
Yes. We offer furnished apartments for both short- and long-term leases which are great for students, relocating professionals, or anyone who wants a true turnkey home. Contact our team to ask about current furnished availability and pricing.
About 10 minutes by car. Boca Raton’s beaches including the gorgeous Boca Raton Beach and Spanish River Park beach access are a quick and easy drive from 1200 NW 13th Street.
Absolutely. We offer live virtual video tours via FaceTime, Zoom, or Google Meet, as well as our Matterport 3D tours that are available any time. Many of our residents have secured their apartments after a virtual tour and a phone call with our leasing team.
Just yourself and any questions you have. If you’re ready to apply on the spot, bring a valid photo ID. The application fee is $100 per applicant (18+). We also warmly welcome pets on tours.
